I was out of town during my apartment search, so Kaitlin personally toured the apartments for me and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a confident decision from afar. She went above and beyond by putting together multiple spreadsheets, documents, and other resources that clearly laid out all of my options and made everything extremely easy to understand and compare. She was always organized, communicative, and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless.
